What audience are you referring to?
If you mean system administrators who use RBLs, I suppose they
could add their own testpoints to their local RBLs.

In a sense rbldnsd already has support for answering with
127.0.0.2, in that :2: in an answer field will get expanded
to 127.0.0.2, but I think the testpoints should be chosen
by the RBL authors and probably should not have hard-coded
defaults in the program serving them. That would take
away control from the rbl authors.
