I asked the same question myself until I did an "ldd" and realized that
there were no linked libs. I would suggest an INSTALL file or add it to
README.

Anyway, this thing just keeps churning away while consuming MINUSCULE
resources. I suspect that it is more efficient and faster than using
Postfix hash and client_CIDR files. It's certainly more flexible and
easier to work with.
