[rbldnsd] Possible Small Bug

It appears that class A networks need to be expressed as CIDR. In other
words "124" does not work (while 124.124 does). 124.0.0.0/8 works.

BTW, we added a virtual domain that had been terribly abused. Yesterday
rbldnsd rejected close to 3,000 spams without breaking a sweat - never
even showing up in "top."
